To spray or not to spray......

that is the question. 95 Z28 + 118K miles + 4.10s and exhaust with stock motor. Spay or not??? Milage isn't quite accurate, cause the gears have been in for over a year without speedo correction. 100 shot wet only, whats the odds of it breakin first time sraying??? Gimme the good with the bad yo.

probably not the first time, no body can say when itll blow up. just spray until she breaks and then make it stronger.

"if it breaks, it was weak, and it needed replaced"
thats what i tell my wife....lol

good quote, must be nice to have such a cooperative wife yo. Plans for a 383 in the near future, I guess the spay will determine the legnth of time I have until the stroker becomes a reality. Keep it commin ya'll. thanx

It wont break on the first shot.

With a 100hp wet shot you should be able to run a few bottles down the motor. However I would have a rebuild planned in the very near future cause its not if, its when.

Your more likely to spin a bearing or melt a piston before any parts will come flying out of the bottom.

You should be ok for a while, unless you go crazy with it. I have been spraying a 125 dry shot on mine since 50000 miles. It now has 100000. It doesn't feel like it used to but that could be becuase it has been sitting for about a year too. Nothing is wrong with I just don't have the money to play as much any more.

But with 410 gears if you hook up start looking for a new rearend.

I'd go for it. I had 78K on my motor and blew the farker. I figure you got bonus miles right now so what the hey. I just gave me a reason to stroke um.

I'm in the same boat. I'm considering a ZEX dry nitrous system. I'll probably only spray a 100 shot on my 97 Z w/ 90,XXX miles.

you SHOULD be fine. Just paly it safe and start with a rich jetting. A guy i know had 175k on the clock still putting 75 shot through it. I just got done with my first 15# tank at 150shot on stock fuel system and milage is a guess on the engine. I bought the engine and the guy said it had 37k on it but who knows. I am buying a fogger kit for next year and have my kit for sale.. E-mail me if you want the specs of the kit. Jasonz28camaro@hotamil.com

You know what i say you should do bryan.... I would spray the hell out of it...just don't launch it with the spray on and your 10 bolt will hold....wait at least until the clutch engages and you will be alright.....later
