just curious to know about splayed two bolt mains. this is new to me. ive always figured go four or splayed four and be done with it. but from what ive been told the splayed two bolts mains are very strong and can handle being in a 383 with boost. is this right? like i said this is new to me.

 

Uhm I don't see how you'd make 2 bolt slayed mains when the straight holes are already drilled. On the splayed four bolts you take a 2 bolt block and then drill the other 2 on the 10* angle. If you have a factory 4 bolt block then you can't switch to 4 bolt splayed cuz the other 2 holes are already drilled. Hope this helps you understand better. You could always just keep the factory 2 bolt mains and use an ARP stud kit but on a boosted 383 you main want to go 4 bolt.
