Is it possible for a PCM tuner to remov only the speed limiter without messing with anything else?

Or could I just get a VIN from someone with a drivetrain like mine but with Z rated limiter and use that to reflash it?

 

Yes they can do that only .. [might be a bit pricey tho?]

If the speed limiter is all that you need disabled, I can do it for $60.

118 MPH for those who have the nice 110 MPH speedo and opted for the crappier tires.
