spark plugs/wires

Any suggestions on plug/wire combinations? I've heard the stock ac delco are the best, but also cost the most!! Just wondering what others are using.

NGKs are also a very popular plug choice. As for wires, there are a few to choose from, MSD, Taylor, and another Delco set. I have always had good results with the Taylor wires.

This is one of the rare cases where I wouldn't recommend the AC Delco brand. I used NGK Iridium and Moroso Blue Max wires and couldn't be happier. The AC plugs have this "button" that is brazed or otherwise attached on the electrode that is prone to falling off. When I took mine out, about half of them were missing this. That explained the bad miss I was getting. By the way, they are NOT good for 100K miles, mine lasted about 75K miles. Putting new wires on an LT1 is a Royal Pain, so just don't get the Autozone specials.

I use ngktr55 which is what many on here use. I also use MSD wires.

spark plugs and wires

My stock o.e were replaced @36,000 miles(visual didn,t tell me athing)w/acdelco plat. but next time i used NGK plat. and i like them and price was cheaper as well. The wires were a major p.i.t.a and i did them at the same time as plugs and went w/MSD 8.5 which made the factory looms useless.
