Spark Plugs/Wires

What do you guys recommend for plugs/wires? Brand? Size? Same wires as plugs? Any info would help, thanks.

I have MSD 8.5 mm wires...they are pretty much the same as most other "performence" wires. Mine are red so they look good..but were a pain to install since i had to get new clips..but overall worth it. I believe GM high tech recommended them in a couple of issues back, though.
