Be sure to check the other components: wires and their connections.
(i.e. - check the ohms on the wires).

Yea i went over it tonight, and it was the number one plug... it was loose, like only finger tight and only half way in.

pulled the plug out and it looked fine, so i put it back in and it feels like 20 rwhp extra

You were probably losing compression accounting for the felt loss of power. If the plugs are gapped properly and assuming they didn't have a manufacturer defect, such as cracked porcelain, then you wouldn't lose any power with them.

well they are gapped at .055 instead of .050

but the plug was seriously almost halfway out, and between putting it back and and driving it the way it was before, its like night and day.
