Before returning the scanner to my buddy I deleted the codes and drove the car around for a good 100 miles....highway driving, city driving, "racing". Towards the end of this drive the light came back on and i scanned it. It only was throwing an EGR code. All the other codes stayed gone...Then the light went off by itself, I didn't even need to turn it off.
