I had just replaced my optispark and the sparkplug wires, because they were arching badly. At night you could open the hood and it looked liked a disco. When I changed the wires they were in real bad condition and the opti was cracked. So I replaced them and now I have two plug wires that arch occationaly and some where around the opti or coil I can't quite tell. Does anyone have any ideas?

 

Fairly common when the wires are close to metal. Take the wires and wrap them with plastic sleaves. I had this problem when the car was new. I now run coils, taylor wires, and nothing around the wires=no problems with arching
