Sounds like marbles in the trans case??

I had my car up on a lift yesterday replacing a collector gasket. I heard a noise coming from the tranny casing (M6) that kinda sounded like a couple of marbles getting tossed around in there The car shifts out fine and goes into every gear w/o any probs, but I'm kinda concerned about what it might be. Anyone have any ideas???

It's pretty common to have like rattling noised from the T56 when it's idling. Mine did it before and after the tranny rebuild. I thnk everyone has that noise. If it's shifting okay I wouldn't worry about it too much.

Talking

My exhaust guy thought my trans was going to explode while the car was on the lift . It is pretty typical with the t56, I wouldn't worry.

does it kinda sound like hollow clunking when you shift or hit a bump?? mine does this now and im wondering if it may just be the tranny mount?
