I turn my ignition and all the lights flicker for about two sec. then It lets me proceed with cranking the engine it didn't start doning this until I did my cam, heads, and took of the h20 pump I have a 94 ob1 what could it be.

 

Flicker when you turn it to ON or START? Does "all lights" include headlights? Have you checked battery cables?

 

Im sorry I was not specific I meet the lights in the dash Like ses, low water Basicly all of them then it goes away it seems only to do it when the car sits for a couple days.

 

I would be scoping out the system voltage. Your battery may be a little weak or alternator not charging well or both. Make sure all your connections are clean and tight, too.
