Smoke from AIR tubes

Smoke from AIR tubes after Mac header install
I just finished installing my Mac headers today and after I finished I started the car to check for exhaust leaks. After the intial smoke cleared I checked for exhaust leaks. The gaskets seem be sealing well, but the AIR fittings seem to be leaking. Smoke seeps out of them where the metal tube goes down into the fitting.
Is there a type of gasket youre supposed to use with the AIR fittings or something? I got my headers used, and didnt have any instructions or anything. I just unbolted what was there, and hooked up what I had. I'm really confused about this. I only started the car for about 10 minutes, tomorrow when the sun comes up I'll check it again and see whats up.
Thanks

OK, well I went out this morning and took a look at the old manifolds. Inside the threads where the air connections go, there is a spacer integrated into the design which would catch the piping portion of the air tube as it is tightened down.
My headers on the other hand dont have this, theyre just a threaded pipe.
When the headers came from the factory did Mac supply something to drop in the air connections to solve this problem? I guess I have to fabricate something to drop in there.
