I am having a hard time finding any posts on here from someone who has actually used this flywheel. I am getting ready to buy the slp clutch/PP and am wondering whether I should get mine resurfaced or get the lighter one.

I know that a lighter flywheel is not good for drag. I only go to the track maybe once a year. I just want to know if the flywheel gave anyone any noticable gain in acceleration. Are you glad you bought it or do you wish you would have spent the money somewhere else?

I install the SLP package several years ago. I recently changed the disc to a McLeod becuase the SLP clutch got oil soaked from a leaking tranny input shaft seal. The package works just fine. I would recommend it. Throttle response and acceleration improved noticeably.
