SLP CAI...filters

how much am i lookin at for replacement filters for a SLP CAI...

why replace them? why not just re-oil them?

well i'm busing a used GM CAI...the chrome SLP style one....and i am told that the k&n filters will need to go...guess they are in bad shape...
