Size of oil cooler adapter nut?

Size of oil cooler adapter nut?
Whats the size of that oil cooler adapter nut, the one that the oil filter screws on to, what size socket or wrench do I need. Need to drop it to get to the oil pan bolts to change gasket. Thanks

I would recommend using a crescent wrench. The nut itself is about 1.0625" in diameter. Once you break it loose, you should be able to unscrew it with your fingers...
