Which side goes up on the Mr. Gasket 5716??

Which side goes up on the Mr. Gasket 5716??
I wanna hear from some people that have used these before. 
Mr. Gasket says it doesn't matter, AFTER they told me I couldn't use them. So I don't think they know what the hell they're talking about. At least not the guy I talked to! Summit says it doesn't matter, as long as all the holes line up. 
Now, if both sides were kinda similar, I would believe what they said, BUT......
The two sides are very different, so that leads me to believe there has to be a certain way for them to be installed.
As you can see in the first pic, that side has more dimples than the other side. The other side has like little compartments that look like they seal off certain holes from each other.

While there IS a coating on there(the black color), it's not JUST a coating. The design you see is a thin overlay and you can see where it's kinda seperated an inch above 1 o'clock on the right cylinder hole. 2nd picture, of course.

Shoebox, that was my original plan. It's just a WHOLE lot easier to make sure and do it right the first time than replace them while in the car after I figured out I messed up!
If no one can tell me for sure, Im gonna search all the people on here who used these and PM them asking which way they go. Until I can find a definite!

Ok, I have found some interesting info on these gaskets and I figured I would post it for people in the future who are searching for info on them.
A guy on another board suggested that I install them with with the part number up. I looked for a part number, but it wasn't the 5716 that Mr. Gasket has on the package. It was 5898. He also said that my gaskets looked like a Victor Reinz gasket.
Well, I typed "Victor Reinz 5898" into Google and sure enough. These are the SAME DAMN THING!
Victor Reinz 5898 = Mr Gasket #5716

I knew the Victor Reinz gasket was a good alternative to the Mr. Gasket, but I didn't know it WAS the Mr. Gasket gasket!

Well crap I was going to get the 5716's from summit when I did my H/C swap next season, but thanks for the find and Victor Reinz 5898 it is...

Just to be clear, it is actually the 2nd pic should be face up correct?
That is the side with the part# on it and look closely at the smaller holes on the bottom part of both pics, the smaller holes that have the bigger holes on each side of them for the bolts.
Notice in the second pic the raised portion for sealing.
Now look at this pic of the block paying attention to those holes also, on the block its just a tiny hole.
And then this pic of the bottom side of the head, notice its not just a small hole, its an oblong shape (at the top of the head in this pic) , that will fit right inside that part that has the raised seal on the gasket.
So its actually the 2nd pic, not the first as earlier posts guessed, that should be facing up... or it could be that the raised part of the gasket is enough to place pressure on both sides of the gasket when its sandwiched between the block and head that it doesn't matter...
