Should the reserve coolant tank be filled?

Like it says in the post i was just curious if that reserve tank should be full close to the top? I filled it to the top two weeks ago and now i cant even see it, but the thing is i cant see any signs of leaking coolant? Any help would be great!

It should be about half full.

There are markers on the tank and dipstick as to where the fluid should be when the engine is hot or cold.

I would keep an eye on it and see that it runs at the HOT mark when hot. If it keeps taking coolant and you are needing to add coolant every day or so you may have a problem.
