Should I lock up my torque converter at WOT in 2nd and 3rd ?

Should I lock up my torque converter at WOT in 2nd and 3rd ?
Is it bad to tell my PCM to lockup the 3200 stall converter at WOT in 2nd nad 3rd gear?

IF so why ?

im pretty sure that would burn out the clutches in the converter that lock it really quick. your revs would also drop.
