Should I be able to VERY easily move my two fan blades...

with my fingers? Or is something wrong? I ask this because my car kinda is starting to run a little hot.

Yes.

They're electric, there should be very little drag.

The bigger question is, do they still turn on?

And other stuff, like what thermostat do you have, when is the last time you changed the coolant, coolant/water ratio, condition of water pump/radiator, etc.

Yeah, the fans kicked on at the 1/4 line, I guess. I bought the car in December and I haven't done a coolant flush. So, I'm not sure about the ratio and the condition of the pump/radiator.
