Short Somewhere?

Alright...my battery was acting like it was dead. So I pulled it and charged it up. Noticed it was leaking so I just had it replaced. Starting the car I get partial turns. Like a dead battery symptom...It turns the motor for a second and then just stops, but no solonoid clicks at all. Also if the radio, wipers or anything else is on when I try to start it they shut off (lose power). Any ideas ? could the starter/solonoid be shorted out or something? Anyone dealth with something similar?

You need to check the current to the starter. If it is much higher than 60amps you probably have some shorted windings in the starter.
