Guess I am a little late. You got it figured out.

1= DERM for the air bags

2= keyless entry receiver

it's pretty easy to identify any airbag stuff because it has those yellow connectors that nothing else does. I tore all that stuff out and it went straight into the trash can.

I believe most of the other boxes and stuff you need unless you are getting rid of VATS/power windows/etc... There's a VATS box, window boxes (express down maybe)?, starter relays, etc..

Also something weird that I noticed when I was playing with my under dash harness is if I remove the ABS and HVAC fuses that a lot of the lights/turn signals will not work correctly at all.. go figure. I was going to gut my harness and only leave what's necessary but it can get ugly really quiclkly. I did remove some parts of it though like all the abs wires I could find and the rear amplifier wires and stuff though.

I don't have any pics of a "naked" dash, but there are some other pics on my site. A Helms manual would be a good thing for you to have.
