Shoebox, need some electrical advice
Underneath my hood there is that red positive ground center on the right shock tower, sometimes the whole red ground center comes detattached from the shock tower. whenever this happens i would just go back and reattach it to the shock tower. The question i have is when the red ground center becomes unattached to the shock tower, does this affect anything. It kind of seems that my car runs a little rough when it comes unattached. Does this affect the PCM or anything else?

I know you were wanting an answer from shoebox, but since I'm bored, I'll give some input (Sorry if it's unwanted)
OK.. the distribution block that you're talking about is just that, it's a point of distribution for +12VDC for whatever needs it. It's encased in the red plastic to Isolate it from the ground, or you'd have a really impressive spark show until your battery either died, or went into thermal runaway.
Theoretically, you shouldn't be experiencing any problems if just the distribution block is loose. As long as all the wires and/or terminals connected to the block are entact, it shouldn't matter. However, If it coming loose is a recurrent problem, you may have loose or broken wires at the terminals, or anywhere else in the insulation jacket. If you can prove a direct association between the loose block, and rough running, you have some stressed or broken wiring somewhere (probably near the distribution block itself, as that's where the point of most stress would be.)
Hope I helped at least a little!
