hello well for the past 3 weeks my car has been running horrible,stuttering,missing,hiccupping, i replaced the opti,new spark plug wires,coil,checked spark plugs and now it definitely runs better but still has miss it just does not feel like it used to,well getting out i touched the arm rest i got a shock up my whole arm.could this be a short somewhere and is causing my car to run like this? thank you
