Shifting Question

I just bought a 1995 Z28, when i start out goin in 1st the skip shift light comes on and wont let me go in to 2nd i have to go to 3rd. How do i get rid of that?

You can buy a "skip shift eliminator". Just about every performance site sells them. Can get it programmed out w/ tunercat or lt1 edit. Have some one elese program it out. Or waste your money on hyper tech3.

I heard something about cutting a certain green (?) wire going to the transmission.
