Shift rpm

what rpm should I shift at no dyno close so I need an idea of average HP peek to get started on setting my shift light.
OH stock heads slp headers, cutout, CAI, 58mm TB intake ported to match, Z06 MAF senser, LT4 hot cam 1.6 RR, and all the free mods.
