shift points w/ xe 224/230 112

where should i be shifting w/ this cam? has the 1.6rr's, the whole kit is the combination kit so it has the springs. at what rpm's does it become unsafe for the valvetrain with the combo kit?

I remember reading somewhere that, that cam will make power up to 6400 RPM. But I would be shifting at about 61-6200 to be safe.

in order to get the most out of it, youre gonna need to shift around 6400-6500.
