Thanks for posting the vid, I need a better battery hold down and your idea is better than the one I was working on today. Rick

Pics aren't that good, I took them from my camcorder and it just doesn't compare to a good digi camera.

Car sounds great in person - soon guys, soon

Nice to see it back in the mix of action, starting to think all those Mustangs were wearing on you

He wants a 408w stroker, he just won't admit it.

I am a little biased I will admit but don't the LT1 cars just look sick set up that way?
I had reservations about the looks of the 4th gen coming from an 88 IROC 350 (which I still think is a great looking car) but an LT1 car set up with big n littles and the right stance is timeless.
It gets me all goose pimply when I see one.

Dynoed the car and it made 433.4/464.5 @ the wheels breaking up a little up top.

Still have to adjust my valves again...fix an exhaust leak....put some new spark plugs in the car.....get a better battery...and let the motor break in some more...roll my fenders because the rear tires were rubbing hard when you spun the dyno up....play with the timing some more....I think I can get 460/480 @ the wheels.

This is also with a setup that is based around running nitrous. That is why I run a TH-400 with a nitrous converter and a Moser 12 bolt. I also ran it with my Mickey Thompson ET streets which eat some power vs. a normal radial.

Thought I would update this post.

A couple of weeks probably.

My job keeps me very busy....

I would have fixed the issues above this week Monday night I pulled the intake to a rear oil leak....Tuesday night the same thing because it was even worse....Wednesday night I had to pull the TH-400 because some of the crank bolts were coming out....

fun fun.
