Wnen ever i start the car up after it's been seating for a few hours or overnight,after the airpump stops working i get a
bad shake on the motor,it last about a minute.After that it will calm down a bit ,but mildly shake stop shake.I have changed opti, coil , plugs .

Maybe a clogged fuel filter, if you havent already adressed this.
