SFC's and LCA's???

I have a hardtop and the mods are listed in my sig.... What SFC do you all reccomend for a HARDTOP formula. I am gonna go with the BMR LCA's or the KBDD. I only go to the track once or twice a month, and need justification for the extra 100$ for the KBDD. How Much Is A Good Price To Get These Two Mods Installed??? What time differences can i expect?

I'd suggest you spend your money on a sticky set of tires for the track first (ET Streets)...you'll see the most benefit for your $ in tires. Once you've got good tires, you could end up with wheel hop. A set of tubular or boxed LCAs will help. I don't think you'll see the benefit from the SFCs until you hit higher HP levels. There's a lot of guys with kick butt times with stock suspensions!

You don't wanna run kick butt times just to find out you can't shut your doors cause your body is tweaked. Just get the BMR's. Unless your running radical hp #'s or you have T-tops or a vert.(which you don't) then there's no needs to get KBDD's. Also LCA's will really help in the traction department. Add some Nitto's a little while down the road and your really gonna hook. You'll be amazed at how much "tighter" your car feels after the install. Well worth it. Plus I've heard the KB's are quite a bit heavier than BMR. That obviously will slow you down until you get more mods, and you don't want that. Get them early and you'll already be prepared for mods in the future.

Edit: I just went back and looked at your mod list. I'd definately get them before you start trying to get better traction. Your stall and 3.73's mixed with great traction is either gonna break your rear or tweak your body. Whichever comes first. If you can prevent one of those things for under $200 bucks then I'd go for it. I agree though add some Nitto's and you'll be hooking a heck of a lot better for your mods, again LCA's are gonna really help plant your rear on launches also.

lower control arms didn't do anything for me.. no wheel hop or anything with stocks with a 1.70 60'.. GET SUBFRAME CONNECTORS... I made the mistake of not getting them...i have now made 20 1.7 60' and a 1.69 60'.. take a look down the side of my car and see the riples in the rear quater pannels.. do yourself the favor and prevent that at all cost. people looked at me like im nuts when i tell them i run mid 11's with no subrame connectors... now i know why.. For a tire.. i love the bfg drag radial.. 1 pair lasted me all season.. plus a lot of street racing and driving.. When the car had completly stock suspension it went a 1.71 60' on a 275/60/15 bfg.. i love them.. i switched to a 28x13.5x15 et street and lost almost 2 tenths on the 60'
