oh yeah, have a 160* thermostat, just replaced the water pump a few months ago, and put in a new coolant temp sensor, since I broke the old one. Coolant levels fine.

are your fans on too soon? also could be a bad 02 holding you in open loop too long

no it actually seems like the fans are coming on late. or normal, the temp gauge is at the line before it goes red before it starts to cool down, unless I have my defroster on...

P0125 - Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) excessive time to closed loop

You probably already know that, but sounds like maybe the wiring/ECT didn't quite get hooked up right.

It would seem that you would get other codes if everything was being held in closed loop. Sounds like it's just your ECT.

You did bleed the air out of your coolant lines right? Make sure the engine is good and hot and bleed the air out of both bleeder screws with the engine running.
