SES light is on and the codes are.......

What and how to fix the codes. I have a general idea on what they are, but I dont want to just start replacing things. I used Autotap and got the codes and stuff they are as follows:

P1441 - EVAP System Flow During Non-Purge
P0135 - HO2S Heater CKT Bank 1 Sensor 1
P1441 - EVAP System Flow During Non-Purge
P1441 - EVAP System Flow During Non-Purge
P1441 - EVAP System Flow During Non-Purge
P1441 - EVAP System Flow During Non-Purge

Yes it is throwing the same code five different times and if I'm correct the second code the the O2 Sensor.

The other codes I'm not too sure on. Is it the charcoal canister? or what?
