SES light came on- threw 5 codes- makes no sense

well, cars been running perfect lately and have been having no troubles... today im cruising around 55mph and my SES light comes on. Car kept running perfect and didnt notice any problems. oil pressure was steady, battery was good, and no other dummy lights came on.

So i pulled over and scanned her (keep my scanner in car....sadly) and was surprised to pull 5 codes.

P0100 Mass Air Flow (MAF) insufficient signal activity
P0372 Distributor Ignition (DI) high resolution circuit
P0507 Idle system high/Idle Air Control (IAC) valve responding
P1371 Distributor Ignition (DI) low resolution circuit
P1641 Fan Control (FC) relay 1 control circuit

Real surprised at the codes she threw, looks like there was some sort of electrical short or something. I cleared the codes and and drove her home without the light going off.

guess what im asking is if this combination of problems could be because of one thing, or maybe it was just some random thing. any ideas?

thnx

Check for a frayed, chewed up plug wire. I threw a bunch of random codes once when one of my wires got chewed up in the belts.

Clear them and see what comes back. Some of them may have been in there a while.
