SES light on again....

SES light on again....
It didn't stay on, but was there on start up for like 2 or 3 minutes. For the most part the ses light has not been on, some times on start up but go off after a minute or two. Heres the two codes

Ok, I foound the codes, 22 is a TPS sensor? 43 how ever i electronic sprak some thing or another. The car has a brand new opti and the light only stays on about a minute or two after start up and driving. It only happens maybe 1out of 6 times I drive the car, but it still does happen.
