SES light

I did a swap from an a4 to m6, my car is a 93 but the m6 is out of a 96, I got my computer programmed and the only thing I have connected is the VSS sensor everything else is unplugged like the cags, anyways what happens is when im idling either in gear or neutral for longer than about a min the ses light will come on but when I take off it goes away, I also have a manifold leak but I dont think thats causing it any help would be appriciated.

If you're still running a 93 PCM, you can jump the pins on the diagnostic port, and flash your trouble codes.
