Question Service Engine Soon

Hi all I just got back the car from the installer with the new cc 503 224/230 cam, cc 1.6 roller rockers, intake port, and the cc high performance valve springs. Well guess what I got a check engine light on the highway on the way home. Code p400 egr flow. what can it mean? Also my car doesnt have the as nastey sound as the 224/230 sound clip in the message board? Can it be I dont have headders yet or a gutted cat? thanks to all

Headers will probably give you the "mean" sound you are looking for. A cam alone won't do that.

And your egr is that funky looking think that has tubes attached to it behind the intake manifold. It takes exhaust and feeds it back into the intake manifold to help these cars pass emissions laws- it's probably clogged or something, causes backfires and other wierd behavior from what I hear. Maybe I should go clean mine out.
