Well I am far into this project and broke a sensor on the backside of the engine block, It's behind the intake. It comes off the back of the engine block, has a small tube, Then this elongated cylinder thingy mounts horizontally.
Does anyone know what this is for?
It's not the egr on the intake this is actually on the block.
Can’t find any reference to it in the chiltons or hayes books.

I believe thats your oil pressure sensor.

 

Oil pressure sending unit, and you need to buy a special socket to remove it and install it...FYI
