depends on location. You live in NJ, i would ask more than 5,000 with those mods, It also depends on how quick you want to sell it, wait long enough and you could get 7,000+ for it from a kid whose parents are buying him a first car.

If you want to get rid of it pretty quick, just sell it to me for 3500.

i really think i can get somewhere between 7-8 pretty easily if not in the mid 8k range... im not in that much of a rush to sell it and i wouldnt take less than 7k... im in a upper-middle class neighborhood so i think i can get it... im figurin ill ask 9k, maybe a little less, and wind up sellin for around 8k... what u think? is this realistic?

8k??? no way, thats too optimistic. I'd hope to get 8k for mine, and mines a 96 with 70k miles!!

BTW mods prob decrease the value more then increase it

No.

You'd be very lucky to get 7k for it. More likely somewhere around 5-6k. Sell off your mods to make some of the money back if you still have the stock stuff. Mods do jack **** for re-sale, and might even lower the value.

Well not to be a mean or anything, but just because you live in a "upper-middle class" neighborhood does not mean that makes your car worth more, or you could get more out of it. Realisticly speaking, I think you would be lucky to get $6500 out of it. Probably closer to 6k. I sold my modded 94 Z that was very nice that only had 86k on it last year for $6900. Good luck, I am sure its a nice car.

thats not good news for me... i bought it for 5800 with 66k miles with the car completely stock... and that was a real good deal... the guy who sold me it (it was his wifes car) bought her a brand new bmw 5 series so he didnt really care bc he knew it was my first car and hooked me up... ive prob put between 3k-4k into it with repairs and mods... maybe ill get lucky and rip off some kid... or sell my mods... i dont know... maybe ill just keep it and forget about the vette...

The mods you have do nothing for the selling value of the car. A 93 with that mileage in great condition would go on average for 6-$6500

Just to give you some insight, I have 3.73s and Weld Pro Star XPs, KYB AGX shocks, Eibach Drag Launch kit, Jet Hot LTs, poly bushings, Ed Wright tune, Accel 300+, new tranny, BMR TA, Lakewood PHR and LCAs, and other mods and I might get 7k out of my 94, engine has 136k.
I would never sell it though, I have too much time and money in it.

your not being realistic by trying to sell it for 7-9k. i paid 8500 for mine and it only had 52k on it in all stock perfect condition, and its a 96 with every option. id take off all your performance stuff and sell it on ebay, then buy cheap stock parts to replace them and tell someone its all stock and never been raced. id put about a 5000 tag on it. thats alot lower than you want, but you will make back money on selling the mods and somebody will actually buy it for that much.
