Self aligning 1.6 roller rockers and valve springs

I am looking at buying a set of roller rockers and would like some advice. I am currently doing bolt ons so i dont want to pull my heads to mill for guide plates and such. So with this being said, what rockers would you suggest, and why. Also i would like to upgrade my springs at this time as well. Stock cam, what spring would you suggest, and should i use new retainers and locks or can i just re use my origanals. And would this be a good time to replace my pushrods, or would this be unnesscary? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Prorac1

I Have had very good luck with the crane 1.6 Gold RR, the GM rockers that are included in the hotcam kit are made by Crane! so if you can get GM one or crane just go with the cheapest! I bought stock LT4 Springs, shims, caps, and keys work great to date!
