traction is key. i have gone 12.3's stock heads/cam,and 11.0's on the bottle.
175 shot on a stock longblock,just pulled the engine and pistons are damn near perfect,hasnt been a lick of detonation ( i do read plugs).

your goals are attainable,but i would at the very least consider new pistons/rings/bearings.

Paco wrecked that Trans Am.


Look for old boy Justin Abbots blue Josh@MTI built TA, they car was running damn good at Thunder. It would have been a race for Paco.

Yeah I know about Paco wrecking it, its a shame.

Anyways I think ive lowered my expectations of running 10s... I sure would like to but i think im just going to a smaller cam and lloyd heads (when the time comes) 12.0s NA and 11.0s N20 sounds good for me on a stock bottom end, which will be my goal...

But first, Im saving up my money to buy a daily driver... BTW any of you houston guys got a car for sale?
