Went out to goto work the other morning, Tried to start her up and nothing happened!! Looked at the dash Security light was on solid. Not flashing as normal. Everything worked (radio was on blower moter from A/C was blowing) you know the normal things when you turn on key. Took the key out got mad called it all kind of names, Few minutes tried again and everything normal!!???? Any Ideas?

Your resistor pellet in your key is probably dirty.

Should I just clean the key or try to clean the key switch? Problem is I didn't take the key out the night before I leave the keys in overnight!

You could just bring over a 12 pack of The Beast and we'll take a look at it Assuming, of course, you can get it past this glitch to bring it over

Did it not start for you even after about 10 minutes? If it didn't, did the light stay on the entire time (longer than say 10 minutes) or was the light out but then immediately when you went to start it again the light came on?

You know my number if you'd like to call so I don't have to get carpal tunnel syndrome typing
