Sounds like the resistor in your key or the ignition cylinder is worn out. I have this problem every so often. I get out of it one of two ways. I use the remote start, put my key in, turn it to run and hit the brakes to shut off the remote start system. OR i use my spare key. Hope this helps.

I had the same problem, how many times have you tried to turn it over? After about 30 tries it started right up, but once I started it up i had to try and crank it about 30 more times for it to start again once i turned it off, the dealer said it was a problem with the security system, plus i had a bad starter.
Hope this helps.

I have a smilar problem with my '93. Sometimes when I drive it, the security light comes on and stays on for the duration of the trip. I do NOT have an alarm on it. The car always starts though....
