Seafoam and EGR
Seafoam and EGR
I went to NAPA yesterday to pick up a couple cans of Seafoam. The guy at the counter said I should use it to clean the EGR passages as well. He didn't know how to do it on an LT1, however. Has anyone every heard of this? Thanks...
Nah you shouldnt need a new gasket... the EGR's metal gaskets seem pretty tough. I just bought a new egr and put it in today. The old gasket looked almost as good as the new one in. It shouldnt tear or anything (unless its been on a long time or tightend way more then it needed to be
