i have a 94 lt1 that i have put in an 88chevy 4wd pickup. engine runs good but i am having a small problem after the engine is warm. when i restart the engine i am getting spark knock then it stops after a few secs. and runs fine but only will do that if the engine is warm. i need to buy a scanner to check the timing. i am needing help with selecting a new scanner. any suggestions? i have no knowledge of the scanners that r available for the lt1 and what the scanners r capable of doing for me.
