scanned my motor - check my values out

94 z28 with 30,000 miles-s-trim 8-9lbs -42lb injectors -comp tune -255fuel pump- iat throttle response sensor -52mmtb -tb bypass -160stat -electric fan switch -kn filter - ngk tr6 plugs-but i fouled them out-so installed plain bosch right now- accel 8mm wires- msd btm unit -timing set at 2 on the dial... slp loud mouth with off road pipe and mac midlength headers and y pipe. this is at idle i scanned the car - i had a two bar map sensor but think it was causing the car to run rich- since i forgot to ge ttune for it

idle - 687
engine rpm-700
temp-167.9
manifold temp- 103.1
ac pressure 86 psi
map sensor- 1.27 volts
throttle sensor-0.72
throttle angle- 0%
battery volts- 13.3
barometric pressure -4.76 volts
left o2 sensor -352mvolts
right o2-783mvolts
blk lrn cell - 16
left block learn value- 160
right learn value 160
left intergrator value-155
right inter-144
left inj pulse-3.1mS
inj pulse -2.8mS
maf-7gr/20sec
ccp duty cycle-0.0%
ilde air meter position-49steps
learned idle pos-32 steps
spark advance-19*
knock -0
knock sensor- 197
no egr or smog stuff
engine run times 865

does everything look okay with the car in park at idle? car still has a hell of a time starting? changed out the ngk fouled plugs will try starting it again tomorrow see it the brand new plugs make a differnce. both the o2's go crazy with reading when the car is running- might be cause the bad plugs? or maybe the o2's are fouled also from it running to ric h with the 2 bar map?

Your best bet is to read Injuneers write up on scan readings, it is very informative and has helped me out many times. http://members.aol.com/InjuneerZZ/ScanMast.htm

Your block learns are maxed out and integrators way high. It's not really very useful to try to determine problems from snapshot values.

how will the learn values and the intergretors hurt my performance? car has yet to be dyno tuned.. also the car bogs down and sputters when you put the gas pedal to the floor? why?

With the block learns maxed out, it means your computer is unable to control the fuel delivery properly. Until you get that under control, it is not going to run right at all.
