So I took the car to pep boys and 3 days later they told me to take the car to a local GM..here is the data that they had when they scanned the car

the car shuts down when driving, the is really hard to start, backfires the RPMs co up and down. with back fires..

I would be looking at the opti connector myself. CHeck for good contact and corosion causing a fault. since the codes point to both the loss of high and lo res. the grounded ICM circut code seems to come up a lot with opti codes but that is where I would startif it was me. Data doesn't help a whole lot unless the fault is present at the time of the scan.
I would clear the codes as well and see what comes back first

I took a look at the opti cable and the previous owner replace it, it is almos new, I will put that same cable of my LT1 A/4 to see and also clean the conectors with that electrical cleaner...
