well I got an AKM cable and used PCM communicator to scan the car. I can't seem to get a log or rather the log looks really wierd, but I do remember what was going on while I was driving.

the left O2 mV was readin MUCH lower than the right's
both left and right O2 BLMs were the same at 128
the left O2 DEL was 193 while the right was 129
spark was always around 25 degrees
knock retard was 8 degrees most of the time, it fell to like 3 while coasting at 1600 rpm.
the MAP sensor was reading very high kpa, i presume that indicates very low vacuum.
L PW was at 5.54ms while R PW was at 3.68, or at least thats what the final reading was. the L was always a bit higher than the R.

my known problems are:
car runs like absolute crap most of the time when the map sensor is plugged in. it spits and backfires. when its unplugged it wont do it nearly as often. it'll flip back and forth between crap and alright.
the inside of the intake is coated in oil. bad PVC?
my left header has a leak right where the slip tube is.
I have two trouble codes.
43 ESC Module or sensor circuit problem
33 MAP sensor or circuit too high


THIS thread has alot of info from what i have done before.

I have the log but it is in some language I dont know and its 8 megs.
