SCAM artist on ebay, look out
hey guys,
i bought this oil cap from a guy on ebay. he ships it out on time and stuff. i was totally happy untill i get the cap and find out that is doesnt fit on my new engine at all.!
i paid good money compared sam taylors price!!!!!!!!!!!! i wanted the mobil one cap.
he states that it fits LT1/LS1/LS? engines and even the truck ones but claims hes not responsible for any problems from fitment issues, as in he will sell it, but he wont garuntee it fits even though he said it would!!!!!!!!!!!!

i email him twice, no response yet, i'm giving him a chance to fix things before i leave a really bad feedback!!!!!!!!!!

This is a brand new GM oil fill cap with Mobil 1 written in red, white, and blue on it.Also, it SHOULD fit LT1/LT4/LS1/LS6 Corvettes and f-bodies as well as 94-96 Caprice/Impala/Roadmaster with LT1 engine. Also fits most Chevrolet or GMC trucks with 4800 5300 6000 or 8100 V-8s. There are many variations of vehicles out there so I cannot be responsible for it fitting any particular application
Not slamming you,or taking up for the guy BUT maybe you should of done a little research and made sure it would fit first.If it's a new GM cap then i would of e-mailed him and asked for the part #,then checked with GM to see if it would fit or not before i bought it..

okay i finaly got a hold of him after i said i was gonna leave a negitive feedback. i asked him to please return my money, no harm no foul. he was more than happy to refund.
he didnt know that it didnt fit, and said he was gonna talk to Gm supplier about it, figure out why thay said it would fit.
he didnt know and neither did i, if i see somethign that says it fits , like a oil cap, do you thinki'm gonna look to see if it fits?

anywyas, problem fixed and he even let me keep the cap, so hes not a scam artist, but least hes gonna change his discription of the product to help end problems like this!!!!!!!
