Tried this already on classic tech, but noone has helped me. My dad bought a 95' T56 from my nieghbor for 250$$!!! He is planning on swapping it into his 71' C-10 truck. Just wondering if any of you LT1 guys know how hard it would be to swap in a 6 speed onto a pre-86 block. We have the flywheel, clutch assembley, and slave cylinders. I know we'll most likely have to get the pedals from a donar car, but will we have to buy a custom flywheel for the early style block??? Any help will be greatly appreciated!!
