Did the tuner mess with the timing, or do you know if you were getting any knock retard?

Everything else looks great and it's the only thing I can think of. Maybe your timing is off (too low causing loss of power), or too high, causing knock retard and loss of performance.

more info and dyno runs

no knock retard and full-timing. Brought timing down a degree and only lost a half a hp.



And what is SAE smoothing?

SAE is a correction factor that is set at 70degrees, zero altitude and moderate humidity. It basicly takes out factors like high elevation or low air temp. It is the standard with which people compare dyno numbers because it eliminates the variance in location etc.

what is the giant torque spike from? what stage of heads are those? The intake side is a little low, that could also be hurting you a little too.
