I checked out my radiator cap and I saw a cap full of rust and around the edges so I can the radiator flushed immediately. When I got it back, I checked it... and it was still there? wtf? Should I go back and punch this dude in the face or what?

 

Also, does this hurt performance, idle, etc...

Rust in the radiator/block that is...

 

I had rust at the bottom of my rad. Did you see the guy actually flush the system? Sounds like he didn't do a very good job
