Sounds like 2 possibilities. Either something in the ignition system is breaking down when it heats up. Or you have a problem with something in closed loop mode.
It's doubtful your ignition is breaking down but it's easy enough to test. While the engine is completely cold, warm up one ignition component at a time with a blow dryer. Make it just too hot to touch and start the car. Don't run it long enough to warm up the engine. Move to another component if that one doesn't effect the running of the engine.

I don't believe that is your problem however. I feel the problem is in one of the sensors like your O2's or the MAP or the MAF. It would be wise to put it on a scanner and check the sensor's responces.
One thing I noticed in your signature is you are using a cotton filter and you don't have a screen in the MAF. Most people over oil the filter and it contaminates the MAF. Get some brake cleaner (has the same ingredient as electrical cleaner but it's cheaper) and carefully spray the wire in the MAF. Take the MAF out of the car when you spray it.

Sounds to me that you have a Vaccum leak somewhere. I had the same problem, my elbow on the throttle body wasn't tight enough. Check clamps and hoses.

Did u have the problem after a few mins of driving or would it be there constant?

Yes, it happened when I ran the car for 10 minutes. But it could be a wire getting to hot and causing a you miss fire. I would just check everything, make sure everything is tight and kept away from your headers. Last thing is to do is to swap the opti.

did you replace the sensor and it works now, did you ever scan the car when i was having problems? my car is having very similar problems but i have good readings on my 02's, i was wondering if they could still be the problem even though they have readings?
